1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapAura mobile application and related services (“SnapAura”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using SnapAura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
SnapAura is an AI photo generation app. You may upload photos, choose templates, and generate stylized or transformed images using our servers and a third-party AI image provider (Kie.ai / NEXUSAI SERVICES LLC). Features may include templates, generation history, credits, optional ads, and account sync.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.
- You are responsible for complying with local laws when using the App.
4. Accounts
- You may sign in with Apple, Google, or as a guest (where available).
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
- You may log out or delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes or anonymizes account data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention needs.
5. User content & photos
- You retain ownership of photos you upload, subject to the licenses below.
- By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate SnapAura (including sending photos to our AI provider to generate results).
- You represent that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not violate others’ rights or the law.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Generated results
- AI outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable. You use generated images at your own risk.
- You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish generated images.
- We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness of AI results for any particular purpose.
7. Credits & purchases
- Some generations consume credits. Credit packs may be sold as one-time consumable in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- One-time free / starter credits: New users may receive a limited one-time free credit grant to try the App. This free grant is provided once only. If you delete your account and sign in or continue as guest again, we do not provide free credits again. Remaining generations require purchased credits.
- Prices and availability are shown in the store listing / in-app purchase UI.
- Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable store’s policies.
- For App Store purchases, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
8. Ads & tracking
The App may show ads (for example via Google AdMob). On iOS, tracking-related prompts follow Apple’s App Tracking Transparency rules. You can change related permissions in device settings.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SnapAura for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
- Bypass credit, paywall, or security controls
- Harass others or generate content that violates applicable law or these Terms
- Misrepresent SnapAura outputs as human-created where disclosure is required by law
10. Intellectual property
SnapAura, including its name, branding, templates, and software (excluding your uploads and third-party components), is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
11. Third-party services
SnapAura relies on third parties such as Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, and Kie.ai. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
12. Disclaimers
SnapAura is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of SnapAura. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using SnapAura and delete your account at any time.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Privacy
